If you're unhappy with the fitting of our products, we are glad to exchange them with ones that most fit you.
- Within 14 days after delivery date (date as appear on Postal service reciept)
- Please send it back by mail to the following address

- Let us know and send us a copy of the postal reciept via "CONTACT" menu
- State the reason for the return (too big, too small)
- We will ship out new products that better fit you immediately after we have received and examine the product
- If your requested size/product is not available, money will be revert to your designated account
For product exchange (ie. change to other model), there will be an exchange fee of 50 Baht. Please let us know via "CONTACT" on the main menu
This return policy is not available for orders out side of Thailand. If you are oversea customers and unsure of the sizing, please feel free to contact us.
